Dear All Participants,

          1. For convenience purposes, please wear your name badge within conference and dinner premises.

          2. The organizer will provide transportation between The Empress Chiang Mai, The Park Hotel, and Down Town INN and the Airport. Participants
who are staying at these hotels, please inform the Secretariat of your flight schedule.

          3. Transportation between The Park – The Empress – Down Town Inn on February 13-17, 2012:
                    - Morning: First bus leaves the hotel at 07.30. The last bus leaves at 09.30. The bus leaves every 15 minutes or until the bus is full.
                    - Evening. First bus leaves the conference venue at 17.45. The last bus leaves at 18.30. The bus leaves every 15 minutes or until the bus is full.

          4. Dinner at Sibsong Panna Restaurant.

          5. Transportation for Welcome Dinner (14 February)
                    Depart ( from The Empress): First bus leaves at 17.45. Last bus leaves at 18.30.
                    Return (Stop at all 3 hotels): First bus leaves at 20.45. Last bus leaves at 21.45.
